I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, nestled on the slopes of Vesuvius with breathtaking views. The rooms were spacious and always spotless, plus the staff provided amazing service that made me feel welcome throughout my visit. However, the dining options could use some improvement, as breakfast was a bit limited and disorganized. Overall, it offered good value for money, but a few tweaks would make it perfect.

Rooms

The rooms were large, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, featuring a king-size bed, a beautiful bathroom, and a minibar. I was impressed that even my clothes were folded and extra towels replenished during my stay.
Service
10.0
The service was incredibly helpful and attentive. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable, especially helping with transportation during some hiccups with power and water.
Location

This hotel is strategically located on the slopes of Vesuvius, making it convenient for exploring Naples and Pompeii. The views from the hotel are just stunning, waking up to see Vesuvius in the morning light was an experience in itself!
Dining

Dining was decent but not exceptional, with breakfast options that felt limited. It was served outside on the terrace, which was nice, but there seemed to be a lack of staff and organization during busy times.
Facilities

The hotel had nice facilities, though I didn’t explore them all. The pool area was well-kept, providing a lovely spot to relax after a day of sightseeing.

6.6/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, which helped me cope with the heat, but the service during breakfast was lacking due to a small staff. The location is a bit sketchy, so I wouldn't recommend walking around the area at night, but it was convenient for visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum. Overall, it was decent value for money, but there were definitely some areas that could use improvement.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were very well-appointed and had proper air conditioning, making my stay much more comfortable despite the heat. However, I found the lighting and air conditioning controls a bit confusing.
Service
9.0
The hotel staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist us, even driving us to our actual destination instead of just to the train station.
Location
5.0
The location is between Naples and Sorrento, which is great for visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum, but the surrounding area leaves a lot to be desired and is not advisable for walking.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was a bit mediocre and poor, mainly because there was only one older man serving the whole hotel, which wasn't ideal. The food included some fruits, pastries, and cereals, but I expected a bit more variety.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent but not exceptional, with some room for improvement in dining options and organization during meals.

The hotel boasts a very spacious room with stunning views, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is peaceful, making it a relaxing getaway, but the town nearby could use some attention as it felt a bit rundown. Overall, there's great value for money, especially with the comfortable accommodations and good service.

The location was quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding, but the nearby town of Torre del Greco left a bit to be desired in terms of cleanliness.

Overall, the hotel facilities were good, contributing to a comfortable stay, though the outdoor dining space had a few wobbly tables.
